Lise Öğretmenlerinin Duygusal Emek Davranışları ile İşle Bütünleşmeleri Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı, lise öğretmenlerinin duygusal emek davranışları ile işle bütünleşmeleri arasındaki ilişkiyi saptamaktır. İlişkisel tarama modelindeki bu araştırmaya uygun örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 251 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada, veri toplama araçları olarak "Duygusal Emek Ölçeği" ve "İşle Bütünleşme Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır.
