Listeriosis in pregnancy: a challenge in diagnosis

Abstract: Listeriosis is a rare foodborne infection caused byListeria monocytogenes. It has been reported to be commonly found among the obstetric population, immunocompromised group and elderly, presumably due to the lower immunity status in these populations.
