Literature Review and Implementation Overview: High Performance Computing with Graphics Processing Units for Classroom and Research Use

Abstract: In this report, I discuss the history and current state of GPU HPC systems. Although high-power GPUs have only existed a short time, they have found rapid adoption in deep learning applications.
