Abstract:This review article discusses the current modern management of adenomyosis. Adenomyosis is common amongst women of child bearing age and it has many implications on quality of life. These women struggle with symptoms of dysmenorrhoea, menorrhagia and infertility. We discuss the medical, interventional and surgical management of adenomyosis.
