Abstract:Phytobiotics are plant-derived rich in bioactive compounds such as phenolics, organosulfur compounds, terpenes, and aldehydes. Phytobiotics can be classified based on their origin or chemical structure, with the main categories being essential oils, oleoresins, and herbs and spices.
