“…The cost reduction in CSP technology has been one of the main objectives, especially in the storage block. In this direction, different additives have been proposed in order to improve the thermal properties in the solar salt (60 wt.% NaNO 3 + 40 wt.% KNO 3 ), as NaNO 2 , Ca(NO 3 ) 2 and LiNO 3 [2][3][4][5][6].
