Abstract:Objectives: Thirty-five adult Charles Foster rats were taken in the study to assess the lithotriptic and anti-lithogenic activity of the Trial drug.
Methods: Thirty-five were divided into seven groups of five animals each. One group was kept as normal control; one group was given ethylene glycol 0.75% alone for 28 days.
