Abstract:We report the case of a 43-year-old male with a littoral cell angioma. Clinical examination of the spleen revealed multiple cystic masses surrounded by normal splenic tissue. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings confirmed the diagnosis of a littoral cell angioma.
