“…LINC00174, as an autophagyrelated lncRNA, secreted by vascular endothelial cells, inhibits autophagy by SRSF1/P53 signaling pathway, which can alleviate myocardial insulin-reperfusion injury (46). In addition, NKILA can enhance autophagy of HK2 cells through Mir-140-5p/ CLDN2/LPS pathway to induce acute kidney injury (47). In our research, we found that NKILA and LINC00174 were related to autophagy in colorectal cancer.…”

“…For example, Wang SM, et al reported that lncRNA NEAT1 alleviated sepsis induced myocardial injury by regulating TLR2/NF- κ B signaling pathway [ 22 ]. Han D, et al reported that knocking down lncRNA NKILA promoted cell viability in lipopolysaccharide-induced sepsis model by regulating miR-140-5p/CLDN2 axis and inhibited apoptosis, autophagy, and inflammation [ 23 ]. All of these studies indicate that lncRNAs play a key regulatory role in sepsis.…”

“…For instance, lncRNA BCRT1 was reported to competitively bind with miR-1303 to prevent the degradation of PTBP3, which induced the progression of breast cancer [12]. In LPS-induced HK2 cells, lncRNA NKILA was observed to aggravate LPS-induced Disease Markers apoptosis and inflammation via miR-140-5p spongingassociated stabilization of CLDN2 [13]. The lncRNA-PVT1/miR-619-5p/Pygo2/ATG14 axis was shown to be critical for the promotion of gemcitabine chemoresistance of pancreatic cancer [14].…”
