Load aware adaptive backbone synthesis in Wireless Mesh Networks

Abstract: Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) are envisioned to support the wired backbone with a wireless Backbone Networks (BNet) for providing internet connectivity to large-scale areas. With a wide range of internet-oriented applications with different Quality of Service (QoS) requirement, the large-scale WMNs should have good scalability and large bandwidth.
