Load Torque Observer for BLDC Motors Based on a HOSM Differentiator

Abstract: An observer is proposed for a trapezoidal brushless DC motor composed of a cascade connection of a reduced-order Luenberger observer and a high-order sliding mode (HOSM) differentiator.
