As a result, they fail to cope with the ever increasing demand of both spatial and demographic growth [5].In some cases, heaps of garbage lies in the open for weeks due to shortage of vehicles required to ferry them to dump sites. On the other hand, raw sewage sometimes flows in the streets due to pipe bursts and blockages, which frequently occur in some cities and take long to be attended to due to the lack of equipment, spare parts, and funds, which are required in order to fix them.…”
