Localisation of agonist stimulated CMP-phosphatidate accumulation in single mammalian neurones

Abstract: Phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2) hydrolysis by receptor stimulated phospholipase C (PLC) generates the ubiquitous second messengers, inositol msphosphate and diacylglycerol.
