Abstract:Coordinated cyber-physical attacks (CCPAs) are dangerously stealthy and have considerable destructive effects against power grids. The problem of stealthy CCPA (SCCPA) localization, specifically identifying disconnected lines in attack, is a nonlinear multi-classification problem.
