Localization of Pullulanase- and α-glucosidase-like Immuno-reactivity in Non-glutinous Rice Grains during Cooking

Abstract: The pullulanase and α-glucosidase in brown rice is predominately found in the endosperm of rice grains of Koshihikari and Nipponbare cultivars.
