Long-duration Gamma-ray Burst and Associated Kilonova Emission from Fast-spinning Black Hole--Neutron Star Mergers

Abstract: Gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) have been phenomenologically divided into long-and short-duration populations, generally corresponding to the collapsar and compact merger origin, respectively.
