Long-term effects of cyclic therapy with iloprost in systemic sclerosis

Abstract: Objective: To assess the long-term effects of cyclic infusion of iloprost, a derivative of prostacyclin, on Raynaud’s phenomenon- related symptoms and ischemic ulcers in patients with Systemic Sclerosis (SSc).
