Abstract:Background: Gluteus medius tendinopathy is amongst the most prevalent lower limb tendinopathies and is now recognized as the primary cause of insidious lateral hip pain. Typically affecting middle-aged women, this condition causes disability and reduced quality of life as it negatively impacts most daily life activities.
