Long-term fluorescence of erythrosine in alive mammalian cells

Abstract: Abstract. Investigation of triplet states of probes molecules located in cells and tissues is used for research of pathological processes included cancer development due to high sensitivity of triplet states lifetime to surround medium. In the work the long-term fluorescence of erythrosine located in alive mammalian cells has been analyzed by mathematical simulation.
