Long-Term Impact of N, P, K Fertilizers in Different Rates on Yield and Quality of Anisodus tanguticus (Maxinowicz) Pascher

Abstract: Anisodus tanguticus (Maxinowicz) Pascher (Solanaceae) is a traditional Chinese herb that is widely used in folklore and clinical practice. In recent years, wild populations have been severely impacted to the point of extinction due to over-harvesting and reclamation. Therefore, artificial cultivation is important to relieve the pressure of market demand and protect wild plant resources. Using a “3414” fertilization design, i.e., 3 factors (N, P, and K), 4 levels, and 14 fertilization treatments, with 3 replica… Show more

“…According to our study, this site located in the area predicted as the most suitable. The suitability of this cultivation area for A. tanguticus was confirmed by measuring both the morphology and tropine alkaloids content in the samples ( Liu et al., 2022b ; Chen et al., 2023 ). Therefore, the regions predicted in this study are likely to be good locations for developing an A. tanguticus cultivation industry.…”

“…Luckly, progress has been made in the cultivating A. tanguticus and efficient fertilization schemes have been established. However, studies of suitable growth zones and the distribution zones of alkaloids are still lacking ( Liu et al., 2022b ; Chen et al., 2023 ).…”

“…These indicators are the outcome of displayed gene expression, serving as an indirect method for identifying genes present in different species of edible mushrooms. (Chen et al 2023, Wijayawardene et al 2023. Morphological marker is a macroscopic identification method that enables species identification through visual observation or instrument measurement.…”
