Abstract:The purpose of this study is to assess the long-term outcomes of modified transcanalicular diode laser dacryocystorhinostomy in a large cohort of patients affected by primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods: This study, conducted from January 17 to June 2022, encompassed 141 patients (159 procedures) who underwent modified transcanalicular diode laser dacryocystorhinostomy (MT-DCR).
