Long-term prognosis after revascularization therapy in patients with atherothrombotic stroke

Abstract: AIm: Many guidelines recommend carotid endarterectomy (CEA) in symptomatic patients with carotid stenosis of greater than 70%, and carotid artery stenting (CAS) as an alternative to CEA.
