Abstract: More than 5 years previous to this report, a female patient in her 60s underwent oncological left-sided pancreatic resection and adrenalectomy including splenectomy for locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC), recommended by a multidisciplinary tumour board (MDT).
