Abstract:Dissolved organic carbon (DOC) dynamics are critical to carbon cycling in forest ecosystems and sensitive to global change. Our study, spanning from 2001 to 2020 in a headwater catchment in subtropical China, analyzed DOC and water chemistry of throughfall, litter leachate, soil waters at various depths, and streamwater.
