Abstract: A BSTRACT Long tubular duplication of the small intestine is one of the most difficult surgical challenges. The presence of heterotopic gastric mucosa necessitates resection of the duplicated bowel, but shared vascularity with the normal adjoining bowel makes the task daunting. We present a case of long tubular small intestinal duplication with certain special surgical and perioperative challenges which were successfully managed.
