Abstract:A boy with nonambulatory Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) tested positive for exon 63 duplication and exhibited intellectual disability, overweight and dyslipidaemia. The patient underwent a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach involving pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
