Abstract:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, multisystem autoimmune disease with a highly variable clinical course. Myelopathy is one of the neuropsychiatric lupus syndromes. Although infrequent, it is manifested severely, leading to motor and sensory deficits, and sphincter dysfunction.
