Looking for a Rarity: Histiocytic Sarcoma

Abstract: Histiocytic sarcoma is an extremely rare and very aggressive malignancy, with poor prognosis. The cases described in the literature are few and the treatment is not currently considered consensual. The clinical presentation is very variable.
