In the present research book, a systematic review has been considered with the aim of establishing the perspectives taken into consideration within the human rights debate. Principles of the PRISMA method were applied, such as selection criteria and a flow chart of results, to ideally structure the process of inclusion and discarding of articles published in the interval 2019-2023, resulting in a final selection of 14 relevant studies. Thus, significant contributions were found regarding the re-evaluation of human rights considering the social, political and economic background. Topics such as climate change, corporate responsibility, recognition of ethnic and social groups, freedom of thought, among others, were observed. By way of conclusion, it was observed that these social phenomena provoke a change in the plan of action with respect to the well-being of the individual, which implies restructuring traditional approaches to locate and adapt new dimensions and responsibilities within this interconnected and constantly evolving panorama.
