The reinforcement of ecological values among students has become a growing need in educational institutions, given the growing concern for the global environmental crisis. In this study, an environmental education proposal has been developed to promote ecological awareness from an early age. Gardner's Theory was used in a group of 200 students as a theoretical framework. Preliminary results indicated a lack of adequate knowledge about the environment and sustainable development among students, as well as the presence of behaviors and attitudes that require attention in their environmental commitment. These findings underscore the importance of implementing an environmental awareness training plan that is adaptable and relevant to different academic environments, focusing on concrete actions to generate a positive impact.
