Loss of synergistic transcriptional feedback loops drives diverse B-cell cancers

Abstract: Background The most common B-cell cancers, chronic lymphocytic leukemia/lymphoma (CLL), follicular and diffuse large B-cell (FL, DLBCL) lymphomas, have distinct clinical courses, yet overlapping “cell-of-origin”.
