Lost Food and Associated Phosphorus Footprint: Evidence from China

Abstract: The environmental impacts of excessive phosphorus emissions (PE) have been widely discussed in recent years. This study aims to calculate and evaluate the phosphorus footprint (PF) of food thrown away in Chinese universities.
