Abstract:Post‐transcriptional tRNA modifications contribute to the decoding efficiency of tRNAs by supporting codon recognition and tRNA stability. Recent work shows that the molecular and cellular functions of tRNA modifications and tRNA‐modifying‐enzymes are linked to brain development and neurological disorders.
