Low accuracy of predictive equations for resting metabolic rate in overweight women after weight loss

Abstract: Clinical Nutrition Open Science 36 (2021) 140e150 mean difference of À33 kcal. However, this equation showed low accuracy (63%). All the others equations showed reduction of accuracy, increase of bias and overestimation of RMR. A npRMR was calculated, and this showed a lower mean difference to mRMR with 70% of accuracy.
