Low-cost procedure for deformity correction in rheumatoid hands

Abstract: Background Surgical correction of ulnar drift of metacarpo-phalangeal joint (MPJ) due to Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is conventionally done by silicon joint arthroplasty which is expensive and may be associated with many complications.
