“…Although aggressive therapy or choosing therapeutic lines of high‐grade acne in lower ones is currently accepted and even suggested by the experts of isotretinoin, worries about its side effects, misconception, and lack of proper awareness may make patients refuse using it and even their parents may have a prejudice about prescribing it to their children 30,31 .
