Abstract:Introduction: Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators have greatly improved outcomes in persons with CF (pwCF); however, there is still significant heterogeneity in clinical responses, particularly with regard to respiratory infection and inflammation.
