Abstract: Biologics and Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors are immunomodulating and immunosuppressing medications, respectively, utilized to treat atopic dermatitis (AD), psoriasis (PSO), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and alopecia areata (AA).
