“…To verify whether the observed phenomenon is specific to certain process conditions, we also conducted XRD analysis on the three KNN thin-film structures annealed at the temperature of 650, 700, 750, and 800 °C. Temperature is one of the most crucial influencing factors in thin film fabrication process, as it strongly affects the microstructure and performance characteristics of the films. ,, Therefore, in this study, the impact of the annealing temperature on the films is illustrated by using it as a representative variable. XRD analysis, as depicted in Figure , clearly demonstrates that at various temperatures, the KNN film with alternating e-KNN and o-KNN layers exhibits a superior crystalline structure and higher (100) preferred orientation compared to the o-KNN and e-KNN films.…”
