<b><i>Aspergillus </i></b>Vertebral Osteomyelitis Complicating Pulmonary Granuloma in an Immunocompetent Adult

Abstract: Objective: The aim of this report is to describe a case with Aspergillus vertebral osteomyelitis complicating pulmonary granuloma in an immunocompetent adult. Clinical Presentation and Intervention: A 53-year-old male patient was found to have lesions on lumbar vertebra 5 months after thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary granuloma that lacked a definite etiology.
