Abstract:Neurotoxicity belongs to the leading factors inducing neurodegeneration-related diseases, such as Alzheimer’s (AD) and Parkinson’s disease. In particular, accumulation of β-amyloid proteins in the brain, a hallmark in AD, induces oxidative stress and neurotoxicity.
