<i>Klebsiella pneumoniae</i> Brain Abscess and Endophthalmitis after Acute Epiglottitis

Abstract: <i>Klebsiella pneumoniae</i> is an unusual cause of brain abscess. Among the few cases of <i>Klebsiella pneumoniae</i> brain abscess that have been reported, most were associated with another underlying primary focus of infection.
