Abstract: Richter’s syndrome, the development of high-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), may be triggered by viral infections (eg, Epstein–Barr virus infection).
