<p>Faculty Perceptions of Selection Criteria for Department Leaders</p>

Abstract: This article is dedicated to the memory of Dr. William Wolansky, who devoted his life to our profession. A tireless leader, Dr. Wolansky led by example and provided his students and fellow professionals with exemplary standards for aspiring leaders in the discipline. Dr. Wolansky was a member of the Alpha Xi Chapter of Epsilon Pi Tau and was a Distinguished Service Award recipient
