<title>360-deg-viewable flat hologram</title>

Abstract

Although many experiments and documents on 360° viewable holograms have been successfully produced and documented prior to this paper, those most noteworthy and applicable to our work include U.S.S.R. patent SU1 103194 issued in 1984 and patent 4,988,154 issued to Matthew Hansen in 1991. This paper will discuss the development and implementation of 360° viewable holograms on flat disk ifim based on the original concept proposed by Craig Newswanger of CFC Applied Holographics. Conventionally, 360°h olograms were viewable in cylindrical format.
