Analytical formulas for the cross section dependence oii polarization haVe becit derived which provide itiforruation on a jx)SSible way to deterrniziing E2/M1 au!plitu(ie ratio !roiii the efficiency of the dc-fiehd-iziduced coherent process for cohhinear laser waves. The polarization-depel)(Ient properties of the rocess cross section are deterrriiiied ariahyticahly in the case of Indium and Thallium atoiiis.
