<title>Fourier transform moire deflectometry</title>

Abstract

Fourier transform technique for moire deflectogram is proposed to automatically map the phase object. The moire deflectogram is generate by conventional deflectometer and is analyzed by means ofFourier transform algoritbm(FFT), in which the fringe phase is retrieved and phase object message is obtained automatically. Theoretical analysis, simulation calculation and application example are presented.
