<title>New concept of optical super resolution</title>

Abstract

A factor-of-ten over classical diffractIon limit enhancement was achieved with a Computer-aided Phase Microscope "Airyscan". It also permits dynamic processes registration at any selected point of the image. The theoretical backgrounds of the new approach to the problem of superresolution are discussed. "Airyscan" may be useful in a wide range of scientific and industrial applications.
