<title>Scanning Soft X-Ray Microscopy With A Fresnel Zoneplate At The National Synchrotron Light Source</title>

Abstract: We have built a scanning transmission soft X -ray microscope located at the National Synchrotron Light Source (NSLS).Images of biological specimens have been formed with submicron resolution.A Fresnel zoneplate serves as the focusing element.
