<title>Semiconductor photonic devices for WDM applications</title>

Abstract: This paper presents the recent progress on several kinds ofphotonic devices for WDM applications. Wavelengthtunable light sources for optical transmitters, wavelength selectors for optical cross-connect, and wavelength converters for WDM routing will be discussed.
